To give you the best possible experience and ensure your nails stay healthy and beautiful, I kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment without any existing work from another technician. I don’t offer removal or work over other nail enhancements, as every artist uses different products and techniques—and I want to make sure your nails get the care they truly deserve.

A Heads Up From The Welcoming Committee

Just a little heads-up before you arrive: I’ve got two dogs in the salon who are very much part of the family. They absolutely love greeting guests—sometimes a bit loudly and enthusiastically when you walk in!

Don’t worry though, they’re completely harmless and won’t run out the door, so feel free to come straight in and ignore them. Once you’re inside, they settle down quickly and curl up in their bed for a nap while we get to work.

My name is Sammi, and I am a nail technician in Market Harborough.

I've been passionate about nails most of my life, when in school I took over my mum’s home kit quickly learning the processing and enjoying my results. I worked at a local restaurant to save up for a Professional Qualification Hard Builder Gel, passing in 2010.. ever since doing that and going to college to do level 2 beauty therapy and then level 2 nail technology I knew nails were my thing.

I begged for a job at a local nail salon and ended up being there 3 years before I had a break from the nail industry. During this time, I was still doing my mums nails and my own with a few friends at home. Finally, I decided I was going to bite the bullet and start my own business doing what I loved. Taking guidance from the Prince’s Trust, I applied for a grant and worked hard to buy products for the business, I started my own business “Clearly Nails by Sammi” in 2016. Initially I found a space in the back of a local hair salon, I spent 4 years there meeting new people and just hoping the business would take off. I was settling in quite nicely until Covid happened, thanks to the government they kept me afloat and I managed to find a new place to work from the back of another little salon in a room of my own. I tried to add to my skills adding brows and lashes but quickly found my love for nails too much, deciding that I would focus on my one true love – Nails.

In 2023 I branched out to my own premises, light an airy. It’s been a long road with challenges along the way, but I’m pleased to have persevered and am the proud owner of my own business taking care of my clients and making them happy with professional nails and hand painted designs in a relaxed environment.
